Valérie Tremblay

Admissions Coordinator and Contact Person (Greater Vancouver , Sunshine Coast and Vancouver Island) Resides on the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia.
Valérie Tremblay, is the local Canadian Admissions and Program Coordinator for Familles du monde. She is also the founder of French to go, an online school to learn French. She is certified in Teaching French as a Foreign Language, French Pronunciation, Neurolinguistic Teaching, Neurolinguistic Curriculum Conception and Pedagogical Activity Creation. Valérie is also certified as a cultural facilitator, youth worker, and international cooperator. She has been working actively in these fields for more than 15 years. Originally from Quebec, she now lives on the Sunshine Coast. She has herself experienced what it is to live in a foreign family as a teenager. Indeed, she spent three month in a family in Honduras when she was 19.
Vivienne Hurley

Admissions Coordinator and Contact Person (Kootenays). Resides in Rossland, British Columbia.
Both of Vivienne's daughters participated in immersive, reciprocal exchanges as teenagers and developed a love of languages, travel and adventure. They truly stand out from the crowd by having done something different and have gained a lifelong extension of their own family. Originally from the UK and currently living in Canada, her goal is to help others take part in this unique experience that the whole family can learn from and be enriched by.
Anne Baucher

Founder of Familles du monde. Resides in Brittany, France
Anne Baucher is the founder of Familles du Monde. With her 4 daughters, Anne experienced exchanges with young people from different countries, in complete immersion. Quickly convinced of the importance of an "international" education for young people, Anne wanted to continue with other families and young people this experience of family immersion. For 8 years, she worked in this field, before deciding to create her own structure to allow young people and families to live this extraordinary adventure of international exchange
